We take pride in delivering exceptional customer service to both new and loyal customers. Our commitment is to ensure the reliability of our elevating work platform and consistently elevate safety standards.
I. Daily Maintenance and Inspection
Cleaning and Corrosion Prevention
· Surface Cleaning:
Wipe the mast, platform, and guardrails with a soft cloth to prevent corrosion of the aluminum alloy surface from mud, sand, or chemical residues (e.g., acid rain, salt spray).
· Drainage Hole Inspection:
Clear water drainage holes inside the mast to prevent water accumulation and rust, especially in coastal or high-humidity environments.
· Lubrication Protection:
Spray rust-preventive lubricant (e.g., WD-40) on exposed metal joints.
Key Component Inspection
· Fasteners:
Check daily for loose bolts or nuts (focus areas: outriggers, mast connections).
· Chains/Steel Cables:
Inspect for wear, deformation, or broken strands, and ensure even tension.
· Hydraulic System:
Check for leaks in oil lines and verify hydraulic oil clarity (normal color: transparent light yellow).
II. Periodic Deep Maintenance
Lubrication Management (Every 50 Hours or Weekly)
· Chains/Guide Rails:
Apply lithium-based grease evenly to prevent dry friction.
· Bearings and Pulleys:
Inject high-temperature grease to ensure smooth rotation.
· Hydraulic Valve Assembly:
Clean and apply silicone grease to prevent seal aging.
Power System Maintenance
· Electric Models:
Battery: Perform a deep discharge once a month, maintaining charge between 20%-80%.
Motor Carbon Brushes: Check wear every 500 hours; replace if less than 1/3 remains.
· Hydraulic Models:
Hydraulic Oil: Replace every 1000 hours or annually (recommended: ISO VG46 anti-wear hydraulic oil).
Filter: Replace the hydraulic oil filter simultaneously to prevent valve blockages from impurities.
Safety Device Testing (Monthly)
· Fall Arrester: Manually trigger to test the locking function, ensuring a response time of <0.3 seconds.
· Limit Switch: Simulate overload conditions to verify sensitive power-off protection.
· Tilt Sensor: Calibrate with a level; recalibrate if the error exceeds ±1°.
III. Long-Term Shutdown and Storage
Shutdown Preparation
· Fully retract the mast and release hydraulic system pressure.
· Disconnect the battery's negative terminal, fully charge it, and store separately.
· Inflate tires to 120% of rated pressure to prevent deformation.
Storage Environment
· Indoors: Dry, well-ventilated area with relative humidity <60%, away from acidic or alkaline corrosive gases.
· Outdoors: Cover with UV-resistant tarpaulin; elevate the mast base by 10 cm to prevent moisture.
